☕ How to Use Sore Throat Tea & Gargle Mix

Boil in 200ml water for 5–6 minutes
Strain and sip warm
Use up to 2 times daily
🥣 As Gargle Decoction (for external throat cleansing):
Boil 1 tbsp (5–6g) in 250ml water
Reduce to 150ml
Let cool slightly — lukewarm preferred
Gargle 2–3 times/day — especially in the morning and night
